raising event in aid of The Other Side Gallery.
On
the 10th June a multitude of belly dancers descended upon the 291 Gallery
Bar, Hackney Road, London to dance in this Marathon Eight Hour Performance.
The
Other Side Gallery would like to thank
all those who sponsored, danced in or came to see
It was a spectacular night and I
hope you all had a great time and for those of you who were unable to
make it - WE DID IT - at all times during the eight hours there
were dancers for people to watch.
The Archway Egyptian Dancers did two performances of Nar Nar Nar, the
demonstration class was a great success with most of the audience joining
in and thank you to all the solo performers you were beautiful.
On the night we raised £203 from the donation tins and so far we have
collected £1260 in sponsorship (Total= £1463) with
more to come.
Again thank you I had such a great night and it did look like everyone
was having a great time too.
